R&P POLYPLASTIC for the 14th time assesses customer satisfaction

The leading Russian compounder annually polls its partners according to seven criteria, offering to rate them on a 5-point scale. Since 2016, satisfaction analysis has been carried out by calculating the CSI index: not only a survey is conducted but also the customers evaluate the importance of each parameter of relations with the company. This approach allows for a deeper analysis.

Every year, the survey covers about 25% of regular clients, which the leading Russian compounder has more than 400 (and about 1000 in total). Customers evaluate the quality of products and services, the possibility of choice, pricing policy, reliability of the company, availability of information, willingness of managers and technical support to help them. Already for several years, the client satisfaction index of R&P POLYPLASTIC has not dropped below 4.6 points.

"We are doing everything to ensure that this indicator remains high. The higher the customer satisfaction index, the more likely to have business relationships with a long-term perspective. Therefore, each completed questionnaire becomes the subject of in-depth analysis and helps to identify areas for improving the cooperation mechanisms with clients," says Pavel Kruglov, General Director of Polyplastic Trading House, authorized commissioner of R&P POLYPLASTIC.
