R&P POLYPLASTIC introduces allowances for length of services

Technical specialists and blue-collar workers of R&P POLYPLASTIC will receive accessory salary. The raise owes to members of staff who work at the enterprise over a year while its rate will depend on the length of employment. The incentive system is to start working in May with first cash payments to be received in June.

Loader operators, freight handlers, crusher attendants, molders, granulation engineers and technicians – the list of specialists who will be receiving accessory salary includes 29 positions. Length of employment over 1 year will qualify for a 10% increase, after 3 years it will further increase to 12,5%, after 5 years to 15%. Those who joined our team over 7 years ago will get a 17,5% increase, staff members with a 10 year experience will get a 20% increase in pay.

“270 employees will be receiving raise wages. Many of them will be getting maximum rates increases: employees working with us for 8 – 12 – 16 years is not an isolated instance. These people are our “golden pool”. At the same time proportional rate will stimulate young workers to continue working at R&P POLYPLASTIC and grow careerwise as this seniority pay is calculated from fixed salary based on the current position”, says Alexander Pavlov, director general of R&P POLYPLASTIC.

Alexander Pavlov added that apart from seniority pay according to the company’s Regulation of non-material incentives R&P POLYPLASTIC decided to increase compensation for meal expenditures by 20-30% since May 1 for employees of production plants in Engels and Togliatti.   

Decision to increase compensation for meal expenditures and introduce seniority pay was made within the development of Corporate social responsibility system. It aims at preservation of high-skilled experienced personnel, continuity of experience and creation of conditions for professional growth of young specialists.
