R&P POLYPLASTIC goes online

.

At the end of March Technical support Department of Trade House “Polyplastic” held a workshop for partners in the format of a Zoom-conference. The main topic was the issue of implementing materials produced by R&P POLYPLASTIC, their principal differences and characteristics as well as capabilities of the Tech support Department.

“We are always paying great attention to post-sale support of our clients, however it was of utmost importance for us to remind our partners about these opportunities today, when the industry is facing a delicate situation due to a serious increase of raw materials prices. We wanted to show our business partners that they are not alone and we are ready to support them on all stages of implementation of our materials”, noted Alexander Pavlov, Director General of R&P POLYPLASTIC.

Online seminar leader, head of Tech support Department, Stanislav Zubkov told that besides consultations on selecting the material tech support also assists partners across a whole range of issues including choice of main and auxiliary equipment, selection of optimum technological procession regimes and elimination of defects during product manufacturing as well as choosing a substitution from the R&P POLYPLASTIC brand assortment.

During the seminar, its participants got all the details of R&P POLYPLATIC materials both current and prospective. The highest interest was in heat-conducting materials for lighting and electrical engineering – today specialists from R&P POLYPLASTIC R&D Center are actively working on such mineral-filled compounds.
