Workforce productivity in R&P POLYPLASTIC almost doubled within the last 5 years

In August 2021 R&P POLYPLASTIC will be celebrating its 30^th Birthday. This is a great opportunity to trace how the company evolved during the last 5 years since its previous anniversary.   

Workforce productivity. In physical terms, the overall index of two production sites in Engels and Togliatti grew by 158.4 tons per person a year. Production in Engels showed great dynamics, its volumes since 2016 increased by 116%. In 2020 output per man exceeded 200 tons. Production site in Togliatti also showed decent results – growth rate amounted to 45%, output per man came close to 150 tons per year.

Director General of R&P POLYPLASTIC Alexander Pavlov says that the company was able to achieve such growth rates based on good organization of production processes and systematic progressive automatization allowing to improve work efficiency and optimize the rime required for equipment adjusting in the event of malfunction.

“Increase of workforce productivity is without doubt a very important indicator – together with quality of produced materials it directly influences wage rates. That is why by 2025 we are planning to modernize 50% of our production lines in regards to automatization of control systems and   data traceability. This will lead to increase of their efficiency by 15-20% and as a result – growth of wage rates”, noted Alexander Pavlov.
