Employees of R&P POLYPLASTIC received citations from the Head of Engels municipality

Meeting of leading officials of the Engels municipality with the participation of Vice-governor – Chief of staff of the Governor of the Saratov region Igor Pivovarov summed up the results of the municipality in 2020 and singled out rewards to employees of leading enterprises and institutions for their dedicated work and high professionalism.    

Two members of staff of R&P POLYPLASTIC - Alexander Kovalenko, processing technologist  and Alexander Rozhkov, head of secondary raw materials procession section received citations from the Head of Engels municipality. Both Kovalenko and Rozhkov are experienced and not indifferent workers, rationalizers and competent specialists. “We highly value such people and are very proud that their contribution has been noticed on the district and regional level – both specialists also have Honorary certificates of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Saratov region”, said Evgeniy Parshikov, Deputy Director General of R&P POLYPLASTIC, who also took part in the event.   

Evgeniy Parshikov made a report on the main achievements of R&P POYPLASTIC in the reasonable complex year 2020. Despite any hardships connected with the coronavirus pandemic the enterprise implemented all plans in key areas of development, all jobs were preserved. “Employees efficiency increased by 12,2 %, the real-term increase of average wages between 2017 and 2020 was 51%”, noted Evgeniy Parshikov.

Deputy Director General paid special attention to the company’s non-financial motivation system functioning at the enterprise:

- the “Best employee of the year” program with a holiday-voucher for the employee and his family as a prize;

- meals compensation;

- corporate transport; 

- provision of three additional days off for employees at birth of a child at the enterprise’s expense;   

The report of Evgeniy Parshikov was made in the context of the discussion about the district’s social and economic development. Vice-governor Igor Pivovarov noted that the results are genereally positive and that Engels municipality has serious growth prospects and a good investment potential, which is materialized thanks to joint efforts of local authorities, business-community and members of the public.
