Research and Production Enterprise “POLYPLASTIC” demonstrates high level of customer satisfaction

Output quality and customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of R&P POLYPLASTIC’s activities. Each year the company conducts surveys among its customers in order to identify the level of satisfaction on a number of variables.  

 “Issues of quality assurance of finished goods and provided services including logistics and technical support are of the highest priority for R&P POLYPLASTIC. From year to year the work on improving production processes, staff training and monitoring customer satisfaction continues. To estimate customer satisfaction we contract independent agencies”, said Quality Director of R&P POLYPLASTIS Alexander Bleskin.  

According to the results of 2019, level of customer satisfaction reached a record high average grade of 4.5 points. Categories of reliability (4.83), responsiveness (4.82) and service performance (4.81) showed highest results.
