Audits of three major automanufacturers passed by R&P POLYPLASTIC

In Q1 of the ongoing year R&P POLYPLASTIC received audit results based on valuation standards of Magna International and Faurecia – suppliers of the  Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance.

ASES resulted in ranking improvement. “Auditors verified that the company is capable of maintaining production of high-quality raw materials and nominating its products for new projects. Taking into account that automotive specifications regarding physical-mechanical properties, rheology and appearance characteristics are constantly changing this is a great result”, commented Ekaterina Smirnova, Deputy Head of Sales of Trade House “Polyplastic”.

Requirements regarding production organization, process management and personnel training are also rising. Moreover, audit data sheets correspond to the international trend of steady introduction of a corporate system of social-policy management. Such questions for instance were included into the Faurecia audit data sheet, which R&P POLYPLASTIC passed for the first time.     

Being the leader of the Russian plastics procession market R&P POLYPLASTIC is constantly working on improving its processes and quality of its products. In 2021, one of the main challenges for the enterprise is to prepare for IATF-16949 certification and modify its quality management system.
