R&P POLYPLASTIC launched digital educational system for its employees

New hires of R&P POLYPLASTIC will be gaining theoretical knowledge required for working on high-tech equipment in an online format based on remote educational platform iSpring Learn.  

To this date, the platform already has 207 materials and 342 of the company’s employees are making extensive use of the portal. Materials are divided into various courses forming an individual learning path for each specific position. Access is granted twenty-four seven from desktop computers as well as mobile phones.  

“Round the clock access is an essential component of this educational system. Instructions, standards and teaching materials should always be available for all employees to be in a common information space. This is critical for a high-tech production process such as the compounding industry”, noted Alexander Pavlov, Director General Alexander Pavlov.  

R&P POLYPLASTIC started implementing remote education for its employees in 2020. Programs and formats are based on step-by-step data submission. Last year the platform operated in test mode: we collected opinions and made improvements and updates. Since February 2021, the system of distant learning is fully operational.   

Distant learning of theoretical basics allows to conduct online monitoring of the educational process and frequency of using the platform and see the progress of each employee. Moreover, as a result of distant learning it became possible to practically apply theoretical knowledge and gain hands-on experience.
