The year begins with overfulfilling

For the Research and Production Enterprise POLYPLASTIC, the year had begun with plan over fulfillment. The Togliatti production site had yielded best results after first three months. The head of the Togliatti site – Evgeniy Parshikov, attended the conference where he presented good figures.

For instance, the initial plan for Q1 was to produce 4.5 thousand tons of composite materials, while a total of 4.8 thousand tons had been produced. According to Mr. Parshikov, these figures had come as a result of a united effort and professional approach from the staff. Along with that, there is a motivation system in work at the plant: “We all strive for a mutual cause. A worker will want to deliver more when his company spends time on his education and development. This positive attitude presides all shifts at our plant” – head of the Togliatti production site. Noteworthy – the Togliatti plant has been demonstrating best results throughout the whole of last year among other POLYPLASTIC’s plants. The final production capacity in 2016 was 19 674 tons.

Workers at the Research and Production Enterprise POLYPLASTIC undergo training regularly. In fact, the talcum production line was modified the previous year. This entity produces materials of the Armlen and Armanid brand and supplies to such international brands as AVTOVAZ and Volkswagen.
