The Research and Production Enterprise POLYPLASTIC launches a new line

A new production line had arrived at POLYPLASTIC’s location in Engels. The new machine will avail to optimization of time managing, of production cycle effectiveness, and as a result – final products quality. This production line comes from the German “C.A.PICARD international” company. This is the first contact between two companies. Although, a large part of POLYPLASTIC’s equipment comes from Germany.

This purchase comes as the company’s first step in the program of production process automation, this production line cost $90 k. “In terms of management, POLYPLASTIC looks upon top European producers and utmost process automation has become a common feature in Europe” –Aleksandr Pavlov, Research and Production Enterprise CEO.

The production site in Engels is the company’s largest. There are 12 production lines operating at the location, producing more than 250 brands of composite materials. This site delivers 5 000 tons of products per month.
