R&P POLYPLASTIC appoints Aleksandr Pavlov as CEO

From July 1, 2015, Aleksandr Pavlov will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Research and Production enterprise POLYPLASTIC. Prior to this Mr. Pavlov had been overseeing the company’s remote branch in Engels (Saratov region). The company’s previous CEO – Oleg Urtaev, from 2004 – retained his position as Counselor to the CEO.

Pavlov Aleksandr Vitalyevich, biography:

Mr. Pavlov was born on November 28 1982 in Cupchino city (Novosibirsk region) in a family of servicemen. He graduated from Engels Technological Institute, branch of Saratov State University, with a degree in “Plastics and elastomer processing”. He had received a degree of Candidate of Science. In 2007, he begun at POLYPLASTIC as an engineering technologist. He had shown himself as a talented, skillful specialist and manager. In 2011 he was appointed as head of the Engels branch. A number of major investment programs had been successfully lead by Pavlov A.V.
