The Research and Production enterprise POLYPLASTIC had achieved significant success in year 2016

The 2016 Review Conference of the Research and Production enterprise POLYPLASTIC was held at the company’s headquarters in Moscow. For twenty-five years of business, there had not been a year as the previous – the company achieved a record in realization numbers. October turned out to be a record-breaking month with more than 7 500 tons of polymer composite materials supplied.  

According to the final analysis, the automotive industry remains to be a leader in the company’s solutions list: 32% of POLYPLASTIC’s composites were delivered to production sites of this industry, with that, experts stated a downfall of the industry in general by 40%. This, according to the company’s management, should be regarded as a great result. Household appliance stands second in the ranking of supplies with a number of 26% from the total amount of materials delivered. This was made possible through a major breakthrough accomplished by the Research and Production enterprise – the company signed a partnership agreement with a world leader in white goods Samsung. Construction follows with 17% from the total capacity.

Amid an unstable economic environment in the country, the company was able to produce a positive result – a stable top-20 consumers list. It is good to say that major international companies are in this list as well. Towards the year’s end, the R&P POLYPLASTIC came close to a level of 8 bln rubles in annual turnover. “We had strengthened the platform that will avail us to stretch our boundaries. This was made possible by our professional team. Thank you” – thus Andrey Menshov, managing partner, appreciated the teamwork.

As was mentioned during the conference: where there is desire towards a goals there is a pursuit of opportunities. The realization plan for 2017 has been increased by 10%. Thus, production capacities of composite materials should increase to 80 000 tons.
