R&P POLYPLASTIC plans to increase realization capacities by 10%

‘Realization plan for this year exceeds numbers of 2016 by 10%. I am sure we are able to achieve this task’ – Andrey Menshov, R&P POLYPLASTIC managing partner, briefed journalists at a press conference.

 According to the company’s representatives, the previous year was of a big significance to the polymer industry. For the first time, experts had stated growth in polymer consumption by 4-5% amid production increase of 13%. Research and Production enterprise POLYPLASTIC had also shown a strong growth for the first time in three years. ‘This is why 2017 is a very significant year for us, we intend to make the best of ongoing tendencies of polymer demand growth. As some might put it: push off from the bottom and continue forward’ – commented Mikhail Katsevman, head of science and development department at the company.

 The company’s production block had fulfilled all tasks set forth by the company’s management for the year 2016. In respect of capacities – 71 000 tons of materials were produced and sold, financial aspects – the company’s annual turnover reached 7 bln rubles. Furthermore, a modernization process of all equipment at production sites had been successfully completed last year. With all this, the previous year should be considered a success for the compounder in all aspects.

 Journalists present at the press conference were also interested in benefits the company had received after participating at the K-show – the polymer world most significant event, held every three years in Germany. Speakers stated that participation at K-show reassured the company of the importance of the ‘Export rush’ program – a strong interest from foreign chemical companies was evident at the exhibition. In whole, the company’s management was absolutely pleased by the results of K-show.
