Research and Production Enterprise “POLYPLASTIC” increased exports in Q3

During 9 months of 2020 shipments of polymer compounds outside Russia increased by 22%.  In physical terms total volume of exports amounted to 5 588 tons.

Being the leader of the Russian market of engineering and technical compounds R&P POLYPLASTIC is actively developing its export shipments – products are supplied to Europe and the CIS countries.

“Following the three quarters of 2020 total volume of export shipments rose by 1 253 tons notwithstanding complex economic situation resulting from COVID-19 pandemic. Annual forecast is also optimistic: we are planning to sell abroad 7 300 tons by the end of the year,” said Pavel Kruglov, Director General of TH “Polyplastic”.

Totally, after 9 months the Russian compounder shipped over 65 thousand tons of finished goods. Share of materials shipped abroad amounts to 8.5% of the total output.
