R&P POLYPLASTIC congratulates Mikhail Predtechenskiy, cofounder of OCSiAl, with obtaining a national award

In the past week, cofounder of OCSiAl and member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Mikhail Predtechenskiy was awarded the state award of the Russian Federation in science and technology.

In his congratulatory letter Managing Partner of R&P POLYPLASTIC Andrey Menshov noted: “Cooperation of R&P POLYPLASTIC and OCSiAl makes a significant contribution into development of Russian auto industry, electrical engineering and other industry fields particularly concerning creation of innovative compound materials with nanotubes”.

Development of the industrial synthesis of single-wall carbon nanotubes technology is a genuine breakthrough for Russian science and industry. It is of significant importance that this technology, which allows to completely change modern understanding of material engineering, has already won international recognition and practical implementation.
