The Moscow Arbitral Court satisfied a claim for punitive damages of Trade House “Polyplastic” to Automotive Components Purchasing Company

Trade House “Polyplastic” filed a lawsuit to Automotive Components Purchasing Company for punitive damages amounting to 11 999 991 Rubles for breach of payment terms for the delivered compound materials.  

After studying case information the court ruled in favor of the claimant. According to the court ruling the Automotive Components Purchasing Company is to reimburse Trade House “Polyplastic” with 11 999 991 Rubles and pay a 82 959 Rubles court duty.
