Trade House Polyplastic files a lawsuit against Zavod Autocomponent Ltd. to defend its business reputation

On July 1, 2019, the National Federal Register of legally valid data about the activities of entities, sole proprietors and other subjects of economic activities and some media sources published an announcement of intention of Zavod Autocomponent Ltd. to file a bankruptcy lawsuit against Trade House Polyplastic.

Press office of Trade House Polyplastic informs that this announcement is false and contains defamatory information.   

As of the date of publication, Trade House Polyplastic had no outstanding commitments to Zavod Autocomponent Ltd. Therefore, Trade House Polyplastic brought a lawsuit before the Arbitration Court of Nizhniy Novgorod to defend its business reputation.  Hearing of the case in the court of first instance will take place on August 26.
